Good website and service but bad mobile app I booked my package through the website. Loved it. Was able to work out the details with friendly agents. Hoping the trip goes smoothly. However, I pulled up my trip on the mobile app. It had the flight and hotel on there but not the transfer information on there. You cannot browse through the app either..
Worst company For me is the worst company to book a flight. I cancell a flight then they told me you can use a credit flight before 1 year so I called them to book my flight I know American Airline start flying to Cuba this month so I want to use my credit to go to cuba boom good news you can't use this credit flight to go to Cuba because they don't care of you they can't pay me back because is not refundable and I cannot fly to Cuba either if you want to lose your money & see how they do what they want use BOOKIT.
App is nothing like website Type in username and password to view upcoming trip, and keeps stating my session has expired and retype in username and password. I am getting nowhere. Not impressed thus far. Please fix your mobile app.
I'm having a terrible time in cancun mexico right now and book it is not helping at all by not answering my calls and not posting my information on my account. Ugh!!!
Bait and switch Have attempted to book several trips without any success. Called and they could help, with a price increase. I think that's is referred to as a bait and switch!
Sick of it Every time I log into this app,it gives me the runaround. I can't view any of my bookings.
