Very bad experience. I booked and PAID for my bus Ticket through Bookkaru. I just happened to call Faisal Mover to confirm on the day of travel- found out that they did not have my booking on their system. Apparently, due to 'some error', my booking did not go through. If i didn't call i would have no ticket at all and would not be able to travel at all. I called the helpline, and apparently they could not even give me my single seat as it was no longer available even when i paid one week before

l'm updating my review. More than 15 days have passed and still I have not received my amount back in my account. Still my request is in final process as per BookKaru App. I have read many reviews here and all of the reviewers are saying the same that one never gets his amount back. If by mistake you cancel their ticket then you will never get your refund amount. They will just keep promising that you will receive your money very soon but that wouldn't happen.

very fraud and time wasting app, no any booking is done by this, just time consuming, and low price intentionally offering to avoid any action, no any further booking and payment option during booking , extra busses ( sania, kainat , others ) are showing instead of faisal movers, so good to be transparency adoption along improvement will be wel come, otherwise on call booking is only option to choice
