I posted my first review after initially having a positive experience with BooksRun. After I posted this five star review, I noticed a sharp decline in customer service, like waiting extremely long periods for payment on books, payments under review with no explanation and even them changing the prices they were willing to pay AFTER I'd sent them the books and a totally different price was AGREED upon. In my opinion, this is shady behavior and I'm not sure if I will continue using them or not.

Fast, easy and fair. I got the original prices quoted on the books. I was concerned they may grade them lower and pay less. It took 6 days from dropping off the boxes at a shipping center until payment hit my pay pal account. It was a simple and efficient process. Very happy. People that complain about books not being accepted need to understand how the textbook market works. New editions come out quickly which drastically reduce values. That's the publishers fault. You can't blame booksrun for not buying your books if there is no resale value. I had a few books they didn't want, only one was worth something at a different buyer. Overall, after checking prices between booksrun and other places they accepted the most with best average overall price. To make more I would have had to hassle with shipping small boxes to several companies to make maybe a couple bucks more.

Super convenient and easy-to-use! The barcode scanner stays on until you're done scanning ALL of your books. I love that. I made a quick $60 in just 15 minutes. Only 19 of my books were accepted but that's better than nothing. I'll take it! 😁 Update: It took 6 days for them to receive my shipment. After that, it took another 3 days for them to process it. Once processed, I received my payment within 24 hours (although it is said that it can take up to 4 days). Overall, a very pleasant experience. No issues.
