It makes paying for services simple and easy. However, whether it's an app issue or just a BoostMobile issue I can not properly monitor my data usage. This started three months ago Nov 2022, where the app and boost itself stopped clocking my usage at 32.5 GB. Now, it is doing it at 31.7 GB. How are you to know exactly how much you have used if it doesn't show you after a certain point.

Good provider, and the price is great for the services. Been a customer for years. Must say, however, you'd do well to make human contact easier to access in customer care; not providing this leaves the impression you don't care that much. Not all issues are efficiently dealt with via automated multi choice prompts. Otherwise, very good service. Had to drop 1 star, though, for the issue mentioned, which has long been a setback to your otherwise excellence as a service provider.

I've used Boost for years without any problems until you made me upgrade to 5G compatible which made your service to me and my plan nothing but hassle after hassle since. Unlimited has also switched itself to PAUSE. Very bad. I'd switch to street pay phones if they still had them in my town. You went from a 10 to a 3 and a half. The app is polite and easy to use as long as you feed it regularly.
