About this app

Looking for a daily planner, a calendar, and a to-do list in one app? That’s Bordio! View all your tasks and events on one board, schedule them on specific days in your calendar, put them in the proper order, and mark them completed as you finish them.

Imagine a digital daily planner where your activities are displayed as cards, which you can move around the board, and set different colors, due dates, and time estimates.

Unlike other to-do lists, which display only tasks, and calendars, which show only events, Bordio brings together both your tasks and events in 1 place. You don’t need to switch between multiple apps to manage your daily activities. Here you can create an ultimate to-do list for every day.

For example, you can have a meeting in the morning, then you can plan 2 tasks, another meeting with a customer, and finally, 2 more tasks in the afternoon. Plan your day and week the way you want.

If you receive a new task but are still determining when you will work on it, you can put it on the waiting list. The waiting list is a backlog for someday activities. You can open it anytime and move any card to the calendar. Don’t forget to check your waiting list once in a while!

Our daily planner synchronizes your to-dos across all devices you use. Bordio is available not only as a mobile app but also as a web app. You can use Bordio in the web browser at work and a mobile app when you are out of the office.

I've only used this app for a few days, and I'm still figuring a few things out, but so far I really like this app. I like having a waiting list for tasks that I'm not ready to do yet. I like the flexible options available for recurring tasks. I like how it adds my Google calendar events. I had a question for the devs about how to use the kanban feature, and they answered fairly quickly. It seems kanban and notifications are features that will be coming soon.

Bordio is a promising app. Implemented features work nicely, the UI is very good(no dark mode, i hope they add it soon) and there are both app and web version. But it lacks some very important features. I don't really get some decisions such as having no category, different input for task(without time blocking) and event(with time blocking). If devs solve this, the app can become a daily driver from many productivity enthusiasit.

Thank you for your feedback! The dark mode is on our roadmap. Instead of categories, we have Projects: you can create tasks & events in different projects and they will be displayed with Project name label on your main board. If you want to see just specific project's to-dos, you can open it on the left menu.

I have used several scheduling and planning apps and I feel confident to say that Bordio has been the best so far. Is there something Bordio can not do?! Feature that really appeals to me is the ability to create multiple projects and tasks associated with them. As someone who is upskilling, learning a new language, and few other works, this feature helps me keep track of individual projects, my learning and progress.
