If I could leave -1,000 stars, I would. Borgata has somehow turned "customer support" into an Olympic event in passing the buck. I've been unable to play because of a mysterious "security issue," and after wasting my time with support, their brilliant solution was, "Go buy another device." Imagine telling a paying customer to spend more money because your system is broken. If your answer to a technical problem is making customers replace perfectly good devices, the problem is the platform.

I don't recommend this app to anyone for many reasons. My app ended up having issues closing out and saying that this app has bugs. I contacted tech support, and they said to try the usual stuff and when that didn't work. I reached out again, and they never responded with a resolution for the issues. Leaving my account useless. If they closed out my account for some reason, they never informed me. Very poor business management. I tried that. It's odd that the customer service link didn't work.

game play doesn't work. the great and powerful oz game does not work. it is 100% unplayable. has not been fixed in months. keep losing gameplay on it. it brings up error something went wrong with the game and kicks you out each spin. it's the only game that does it. they blame the player instead of fixing it . I'm starting to think it's on purpose so players lose the free play after 24 hrs.
