It's a great way to keep an eye on your credit score. It helps to idenify any mistakes plus,you receive an update once a week. Update 09/29/2024 I enjoyed using this app but, earlier this month. I had to do call Equifax as there was information on Borrowell that was incorrect. I called Equifax very upset about the mistakes on my file. They assured me that the accounts were open etc. Borrowell pulls your report from Equifax yet, there were alot of mistakes on the app. I'll still use the app

Has been months since I opened a new credit card and this app has still not detected it and is not counting it towards my credit score. Other apps like Capital One are finding all credit without issues. Probably uninstalling. Edit: Austin from customer support emailed me directly and explained that some apps reference TransUnion and some reference Equifax for credit checks which is why one app might show different results than other apps. Thanks Austin! Change from 1 star to 4 stars.

Lots of great features with this app but they are losing money by only offering credit building options that are paid weekly or bi-weekly. I wouldve purchased this over 3 years ago if there was a monthly option or a semi- monthly option.
