Great for updates. Had no issues using the app to update the headphones. I do wish they would show release notes of what was fixed though. Headphones still have some quirks after this upgrade though. loses all connections when you stop playing music on one. That was new but otherwise zero issues
I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews saying this app is useless or that it needs more features. This app does exactly what it should: simple interface to control simple device features. I can check if my device needs a firmware update, add/remove stored paired devices, change the Bluetooth name, change voice settings for headphones, etc. For these reasons, I find it very useful and straightforward.
I find that it is very fustrating to use. Not finding the device and having to try multiple times to get it to see it. Also having a hard time linking to a fitness app Not a fan at all.
What a crappy app for a great device. Doesn't know when the device is connected doesn't know how to connect to the device etc.How amateur the developers must be. If its an Android issue, sit with google and see how it can be fixed. Look at the product rating..itd 3.4. Hope you don't spoil your product market with crappy software. Good companies build an eco system not just a great device.
Sound was fine before app was installed. After app was installed and updated, all sound audio/video is now crackled and choppy. I can't make out a single continuous beat. Acer Liquid Z630 device. I have even formatted my phone, but the problem didn't go away. Do the ear buds save some kind of configuration within them that can be reset or deleted?
Edit: Works now. Original post: Won't show that headphones are paired and connected with phone via Bluetooth. App knows the headphones are there and can initiate a connection, then it gets stuck. No functionality. Multiple attempts. Worthless.
