Wasn't sure what to expect in quality from these being wireless as I've had many years enjoyment from my Bose Triports. I think the QC30's are breathtakingly good! I'm now onto my 3rd Bose product and firmly believe in their products, well done again Bose 👍
Great for updates. Had no issues using the app to update the headphones. I do wish they would show release notes of what was fixed though. Headphones still have some quirks after this upgrade though. loses all connections when you stop playing music on one. That was new but otherwise zero issues
Doesn't recognize headphones are connected to my phone, even though my phone does. I'm using the Pixel XL and am on the most updated Android OS. ***Updated*** App only works once not wired. I was connected not wirelessly. Once I unplugged, it worked fine. 5 stars once this issue is fixed!
Useless app, after the latest firmware update, it cannot play Facebook or browser video while music is on. Just no sound, have to pause music first then plat the video to hear the video sound, so annoying. Plz fix it. (Nexus 6P)
Phone just upgraded to Nougat. Before that all OK. Now when listening through QC30's the volume control in one step goes from almost silent to louder than I would like. It seems gradual volume steps are no longer feasible at low volumes which is all I want when in the office.
Does not allow pause, play, forwarding, or reverse of music on Galaxy Note 3 unless you reboot phone and only then it works for a short time. Without the app, same functionality doesn't work at all. I don't understand why Bose can't produce a quality app that works well with their product. You can purchase cheaper products and get apps that work flawless. In fact no app at all is needed with these cheaper products.
- Bug fixes and improvements.
