• Next, rate your experience. How bad was it? Was it a disappointment, or was it completely unacceptable for you?
• From the criteria provided by the Boss himself, choose the ones that are relevant to your concern. If it isn’t listed - it's OK! You can still express your thoughts via a message to the Boss. Furthermore, you can attach photos to show the Boss.
• When you’re done, send your complaint to the Boss and he/she will take care of it immediately.
