Robust enough for business use. There are very few apps that work reliably enough that I can say this. As a bookkeeper I have used many banking apps. This one is notable for how many deposits it will accept without choking. Also customer service from BP is exceptional. You can email an actual smart person and they help you. In this day and age, a near miracle.

App is too slow. Also, it will not send me the 8-digit code via text; I am forced to have it emailed to me whereby I must memorize all 8 digits before I go back to the code input block in the app. Why?

It's pretty nice! Good interface and lots of options!
