Ratings and reviews

This is a required app to use the good gym at my apartment complex. The app freezes immediately upon opening, so I'm not able to even select my location or my gym. After about 10 seconds of a frozen screen, the app force quits. It's literally a waste of space in my phone and I keep hoping I can get it to work so I can go to the freaking gym

Awful. The app logged me out and no combination of password recovery, username recovery, logging into the ezfacility website, uninstalling and reinstalling will get it working again. I'm an Android dev, and I can't get the damn thing to work - what chance does anyone else have?

just a very bad UI. nothing happens which clicking onSearch by Name , Address, City text bar. keyboard doesn't open & unable to type in anything. unusable.!
