Posting based on recent experience with technical support. 5 stars. Went to a kiosk to draw out some money. The kiosk failed me and I was a bit apprehensive. The lady told me to call in because the machine had been hit or miss lately but hold times were less than 1 min. That was seriously true. I called in, was next in line and the whole call with resolution and refund to my account happened in less than 3 minutes. Was okay at best.. When I was able to log in, it would give me an error, but still let me in and check my balance. Today tried to log in asked me for my state program, then just got the spinning circle of death. Cleared cache, same, cleared data same, uninstall/ reinstall same things Wish programers would test their changes before release.
