Not accurate/ up to date The list of transactions is often inaccurate and not current. For instance, this morning (a Monday) transactions from late last week, over the weekend, and earlier this morning were listed in the mobile app - as they should be. At some point in the middle of the day, all of those transactions disappeared! The balance is the same so those transactions are in BOTW'S system but I can't see them. The information provided via this app needs to be accurate and current.

Not very advanced I can't see my check copies like other banks. Not as in depth as it should be. Please add more functions like view check copy, place hold, fraud protection, etc.
Not that advance Not up to date. It says my money was taking out by what I see on my balance But it doesn't say when. So I have to log on their website cuz it's more up to date. Right now at this moment. Sunday morning 3:00 am it say invalid password and user name from both the app and website. Please notify us before you guys are making changes. Now I'm thinking someone hack my account and can't get customer service until Monday morning.
Not bad. I used this app for depositing a small check. I wanted to test out the electronic check deposit feature and it works! I was surprised. Very convenient when you do not have time to run to the bank. It would be better if the deposit was made sooner though. Takes about 3-4 days for it to clear in the account vs. depositing a check in the branch, which only takes 24 hrs.
Dissapointed Ever since the new update, I like many others can't login. This is why i don't update my apps very often. I kept trying to login and it would lock me out. Please fix this because i use this app a lot.
v3.0.6 includes minor bug fixes.
