Send money, make payments, transfer and deposit funds on the go:
• Quickly send money to almost anyone you know in the U.S. via their email or U.S.
mobile number with Zelle®.
• View or modify scheduled payments and more with Bill Pay. Take a photo of your bill,
and we’ll do the rest.
• Easily move money between Bank of the West accounts and accounts at other banks.
• Deposit checks through the app and email yourself a receipt that has an image of the
check. Also verify and view images of cleared checks.

View and manage your accounts wherever you are:
• Manage your credit and debit cards: set travel notifications, activate new cards,
change your PIN or order a new card.
• Access up to 7 years’ worth of checking, savings, CD and credit card account
statements online. Manage your paperless preferences.
• View account balances and recent transactions without having to sign in using Quick
Balance.
• Quickly look up a transaction without endless scrolling using our search bar. Just type
in first few letter or numbers to activate search.
• Find Bank of the West locations near you with our ATM and Branch Locator.

This has to be one of the worst apps I've ever seen. It looks like a failed PWA. Nothing renders properly. You can't scale up or down. Text, headings, and menu items are cut off. Absolutely horrible user experience. You are WAY better off visiting the site in a mobile browser and adding a home screen shortcut.

I think this is the worst app on my phone. The only thing it's useful for is checking your balance. Everything else never works. Want to deposit a check on the mobile app? Forget about it. The photo freezes after capture and by any chance you do get to the submit button it always says it's unable to read the photo try again. I tried to order a new debit card through the app couldn't do that either had to call in.

I was happy to see this update that would help with doing external transfers, but there was a glitch on the review page before submitting the transfer transaction, it gave 2 ACH disclosures and also wanted account authentication so I did that with my email and received authentication code and entered it, but it would not let pass through to submit the transfer. I was stuck on ACH disclosures and every time I clicked on one it it slide me back to the same page. I gave up. Not sure where to go.
