The worst banking app that I've used. No fingerprint or swipe to access and the deposit process is beyond frustrating.
Mobile means I do my transactions over my device...but wont allow, and 800 tell me they can't help....Won't allow bal, or contact, though wants walk in...defeats whole purpose of MOBILE
App is broken, after last update I can no longer access my account.

This app keeps getting better, which is great, but what's the hold up with fingerprint login?
Works ok for most things it does, but the deposit feature needs a lot of work. Fails often when depositing most checks. I use another banks app for the same feature and it works near perfect. Please Bank west figure out the inconsistencies and fix. And no its not just my phone, because I have tried others with same inconsistent results.
Fixed mobile deposit crashing issue.
Now you can update your preferred email address from the app. Consumer loan account holders can now view transaction details and Goldline account holders can now view Total Credit Line.
