Send money, make payments, transfer and deposit funds on the go:
• Quickly send money to almost anyone you know in the U.S. via their email or U.S.
mobile number with Zelle®.
• View or modify scheduled payments and more with Bill Pay. Take a photo of your bill,
and we’ll do the rest.
• Easily move money between Bank of the West accounts and accounts at other banks.
• Deposit checks through the app and email yourself a receipt that has an image of the
check. Also verify and view images of cleared checks.

View and manage your accounts wherever you are:
• Manage your credit and debit cards: set travel notifications, activate new cards,
change your PIN or order a new card.
• Access up to 7 years’ worth of checking, savings, CD and credit card account
statements online. Manage your paperless preferences.
• View account balances and recent transactions without having to sign in using Quick
Balance.
• Quickly look up a transaction without endless scrolling using our search bar. Just type
in first few letter or numbers to activate search.
• Find Bank of the West locations near you with our ATM and Branch Locator.

Honestly, this app is pretty bad when it comes to crashing. If they didn't have that, I'd rate it a little higher. I've used the app for a few years now and I literally say "I bet it crashes this time" when I open the app. I run on a Google pixel and have no issues with any other apps. This one just probably has bad support.

Ever since the last update, the app has had problem after problem. Every once and a while, I have to go back in and re-setup the Quick Balance settings. that is very annoying. Also sometimes ws when I switch between this app and other apps, I have to log back in. I guess i will just have to use my computer from now ok on. I hope they fix these issues soon.

I really love the convenience of this app, but please fix it! It's quite frustrating when it just continually keeps showing the "check connectivity" message and you can't get into the app! Especially when I want to check my balances or transfer money or anything like that. Edit to add: It now (usually) works if I'm on wifi, but if I'm on data, it still doesn't work. 😞

What's new

Our latest update improves the Zelle® experience and addresses Bill Pay functionality for more ease of use and accuracy. So, add a payee and schedule a monthly bill payment, or send your money quickly to your friends and family today. With good attention to detail, this app keeps getting better.
