Can't access my account now and nobody knows how to fix the problem. Not a happy customer.
Ever since this app changed its logo my balances never shows correct. Is it not updating correctly? Lately, whenever I check my balance it's shows a negative balance. ??? I transfer money make a purchase and in the negative again! My available balance and my current balance aren't syncing. Frustrating not knowing what's actually available. Dislike.
Crashes everytime I want to make a deposit. Now I know why I should switch to another bank. App is trash, period. What is the point of making an app if it doesn't work
I've never had any problems with the app, previous or current (so far). I do, however, prefer the way it used to look and the options it gave you for a background.
Please add touch id authentication. I am sick and tired of entering my password 10 times in a day. Thanks
Slower since update Had to reinstall after the update because it wouldn't open. Now it takes forever just to check my 'quick balance.' I do enjoy the new look/ features.
I haven't been able to complete a mobile deposit in over a month. It would otherwise get a good rating from me. But mobile deposit is the main reason I installed the app.
Now you can view account statements and manage paperless preferences from inside the app. Also check out our new design and logo.
