Ratings and reviews

This has never been a great app, but lately it has been unusable. So I'm switching to something else. One example is that images that load fine elsewhere will absolutely not load or display on this app. That's a completely absurd bug for a cloud storage app that has been around a while.

Box itself is great. But if I'm rating based on just the app functionalities I give it a one star. Oftentimes when I play an audio then leave the app, the audio eventually stops and says "Please check your internet connection" (even though my connection is great, thank you). So I have to go back to the app and hit play in order for it to work again which is very frustrating. This didn't happen in the past, not sure why it does now.

Switched from Dropbox to box. Overall has all the features I need and no talking to support when I need more space and then being told no with my "unlimited" plan so very happy so far. I wish the Android app let me access files as if they were on the phones hd like the PC app does, but maybe that's impossible or possible with other means haven't figured it out yet but that's the only problem I encountered. The file size limit is also a bit of a drag.
