Ratings and reviews

Mixed review: great app, poor reliability. I use the app a LOT, and it's mostly great. Last update killed it, super frustrating being stuck on loading screen, unable to progress. Thanks to reading other reviews, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it seems to work again. But honestly, an update should deploy automatically, not require complete uninstall and reinstall, so do better please BP.

Been great for years but suddenly stopped working. Went to pay for fuel on 15 November but the app wouldn't open on my Android phone. My husband had no trouble opening it on his iPhone so we still got the discount. Tried rebooting phone but that didn't help. Had to reinstall app to get it working again.

Recent 2 months has connection issues with wifi/4g, if the app has poor reception to network while travelling, it will stay in loading indefinitely, even when connection is back to full, restarting app and phone wouldn't refresh the apps connection status, needs reinstalling, please fix this
