Ratings and reviews

Location services are turned on. I have given this app permission to access location services. And, yet, nothing works and it keeps telling me that I need to turn on location services. It's bad enough that BP has introduced a pre-pay requirement at many servos where you can't fill your car up because you have to nominate the number of litres you want to buy. Staff told me this app would solve this problem but it simply doesn't work.

I went into a BP station, filled the tank and opened the app to find I was logged out. When I went to log back in the Password was rejected. Reset it and then got a message saying "Hmmm......There seems to be a service error. Something went wrong. Please try again later." So, no log in, no fuel discount. Tried to log in again this morning, same message. I have gone through all settings and found the VPN on McAfee was on. Turned it off and the App now works.

Can't log in to the app since I got a new phone (Samsuns s26). keep getting an error message "hmm... there seems to be a service error". Have uninstalled, reinstalled, still get the error - no issues logging into my account via the website so it's not my credentials.
