This application should enhance user convenience, not add to their difficulties. Since February 20th, I've been attempting to update my data for JHT claim, but it consistently displays "capacity building." As of now, the feature remains inaccessible, and I'm uncertain when maintenance began. It appears other users are facing similar challenges. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Since Tuesday, the digital card and JHT data have been lost. I checked on Monday and it was still there. It's something I've never claimed before. I tried contacting the CS bot via WhatsApp, and they said they would check and respond via email. Nobody emailed me about this problem. Update: My digital card and JHT data have been lost for four days. I was asked to update the apps, but I still have the same problem! No response from the customer service!
