It's got a bunch of exercises and that's cool. The interface isn't the fastest, but that's a trade off for all the preconfigured workouts. I'm mostly dropping 2 stars cause the rest timer isn't included now without a payment. I mean lol, it's a rest timer and I have to subscribe to pro? Response: I understand that they need to pay developers, I'm just not paying 14.99 a month when all I want is the timer. I'd likely do a one time purchase for some ala cart additions though.

Hey Corey, unfortunately building a great app is not cheap. We have to pay a salary for our developers, pay server hosting fees, and also pay our coaches to make more free programs. Hope you can understand - Michael

I like the app for its preconfigured routines. A little laggy on a Galaxy S10 though. And when entering a number in the plate calculator, the keyboard pushes the number field off the screen, making it hard to enter numbers. I would rate it higher but locking simple things like plate calculator and rest timer behind a paywall is ridiculous. I get needing to pay your employees but having these basic functions available to free users and later locking them behind a paywall later is bad business.

Loved the app but now it just automatically closes after I login. Tried restarting the phone, uninstalling the app and restarting the phone. I can load into the login screen but after l click to login it will just fail and close everything. Latest Android release and everything. On s22 ultra. ***followup- the dev responded extremely fast and fixed the issue. Excellent user experience.
