Q: Why do apps restart again?
A: Some apps are restarted by system events apps cannot be prevented from restarting because of the limitation of the system. It is suggested to enable auto kill in settings, and it will kill tasks on every screen off. It will help to save battery life and release memory for the phone.
Q: How can I add app to ignore list?
A: You can long click on the task that you want to ignore, then you will get a poped up context menu, click "Ignore". The ignored apps will not be listed in the task list, and will never be killed. You can manage the ignored apps in settings.
Q: How can I manage startup apps?
There is "Startup Kill" in settings, it can help you to kill tasks on system startup.

The App will display a notification in the Status Bar so long as you have any habits due to be done Today. When you are reminded by the notification icon, simply tap it, and you will see a dashboard that shows what remains to be done today. Once you've done all that is due today, the notification will not be shown until the next day, and so on. Note that you can check things off retroactively if you forget to do it on the same day.
You can dismiss the notification by swiping it away from the list, and it will come back automatically next day, or the next time you enter more info about habits.
No need to mess with widgets, complicated to-do lists, calendars and alarms. Focus on the now, on today, do what you need to do and just watch out for the handy notification.
The App uses Jerry Seinfeld's "don't break the chain" idea: you can see a streak (or a chain) number of repeats for each habit. Each habit's streak is a nice motivator to keep it going, but things happen and you might break a streak. No worries, don't beat yourself up, start again and keep at it.
Eventually, some habits become so ingrained in your routine that you can remove it from this app and just do them without having to track them. That's in fact the ultimate goal of this app, and we hope it will be useful on your way there.

Welcome Goal Achiever!
This Apps' mission is to encourage, support, and reward you for taking meaningful daily action towards the attainment of your goals, big or small. To help you take consistent action long after the excitement you felt when you committed to a worthy goal has faded.
One of the reasons you might not be successful at reaching a goal is because you did not take consistent and sustained action for a long enough period of time.
This checklist was especially created to help you take daily consistent action over time.
"For changes to be of any true value, they've got to be lasting and consistent." - Tony Robbins
"...we have to make good decisions, use discipline and be consistent for long enough to see the results we desire." - Darren Hardy
The idea is simple:
1. Enter the actions you know you have to take daily to reach a goal. Like: Workout for 40 minutes, make 10 cold calls to prospective customers, send out 10 resumes to potential employers, write at least 10 pages for project, etc.
2. Put the widget on your home screen. When an action is not yet completed it shows up in bright colored text. Once you check an action off the list the text becomes a lighter color.
3. Your daily mission now becomes to see the list go from bright (in the morning) to gray (before going to bed). You can instantly see how far down your action list you are at a glance. This color change also signals that you had a successful day. A day in which you accomplished all the actions you needed to take you one day closer to your ultimate goals.
A successful day, with all items checked, results in a green check mark placed on the calendar. Watching a series of check marks fill up the calendar, helps motivate you to stay consistent.
There is an indicator on the main list screen that shows the number of consecutive successful days. This is your success streak. A streak with seven or more days turns this indicator green. This gives additional motivation for consistency.
The home screen widget also serves as a constant reminder of the actions you need to take today. Each time you use your Android device you'll see the list and the amount of actions remaining.
In short: Don't go to bed if your list is not completed. If bedtime is near and your list is not close to completion, get to work on what is left on the list!

The first goal that I ever made was the goal to graduate. Throughout the whole time that I was in school, my mother told me that I wasn't going to graduate. The reason she said this, was that the people that I was friends with were bad associations. It mad me mad, because I worked hard to make straight A's on all my report cards and in the end it was only to hear that "I wasn't going to amount to a hill of beans." I guess she didn't believe me when I told her "my friends couldn't make me do anything that I didn't want to do." However, in the end, I did and it felt so good to prove her wrong. See all I had to do was keep my focus on my goal and I was able to achieve it with no problems. Yes, I had to struggle a little making sure not to lose focus but it was worth it all in the end. I also enrolled in the National Guard while I was in school because I wanted to be like my father and serve in the military. Those were big shoes to feel because it was in the Vietnam War but I knew that if I tried I could do anything that I put my mind too. After a year in the National Guards, the services released me on medically discharges because I had cervical cancer. However, I never lost my faith and I kept going.
That is why it is important that you keep your mind on the important things in life, everyday drama isn't worth losing grip of your goal. After I graduated high school, I wanted to go to college, but I wanted to take some time off, after all I deserved it. During the time that I took off from school, I met a guy, who is now my husband and I had a baby. Since this totally changed my plans, I wasn't able to go to college like I wanted to but I was able to enroll in an online course where I could go to school from home and become a medical transcriptions and I am still working on this right now.
The point of this whole article is to let you know that no matter what comes up in your life, you can reach your goals. All you have to do is keep looking ahead and never look back, no matter what. The things that you done in the past don't matter today, they are in the past leaving them there. Dating sometimes has its own goals in mind.
It has been created to help people getting rid of bad habits and improving themselves for the people they care about, but can be used in many ways, for example as keeping count of the streak of days you've been eating healthy in order to get a better body.

✓ Habit Streak Plan helps you achieve your goals (or New Year's Resolutions) in exercise, diet or other areas of your life. Each day you report on whether you succeeded yesterday, building up streaks of habits and ingraining the activities into your life. It is perfect for the start of the new year.
"After a few days you'll have a chain. Just keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You'll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job next is to not break the chain" (Jerry Seinfeld)
Habit Streak has two key advances on Jerry Seinfeld's original technique. Firstly it allows you to build several chains up at once. Secondly it (optionally) prompts you every day to report on your success (whereas one could easily forget to update or look at a physical calendar).
✓ Habit Streak is simple, clear, easy to use and free; there are no time limits (though there is a Pro version with additional features and functionality).
"Fantastic. Easy to use, and I'm finding it effective for taking on multiple new habits."
"This simple app has altered the course of my life. Thank you!"
"Love this application. It has helped me create many new habits. The sister application Task Life is great as well."
✓ If you want To Do list-like functionality see my other app "ToDo Log" which allows for real time recording, repeated and one-off events along with graphs of your past performance. For less than daily tasks check out "Task:Life", for a different approach, based around the idea of what proportion of days you do something.
Access the help page via the ? button and tap the top right day counter to get a tip for each day to introduce you to Habit Streak.
Here's how to play:
➢ At the end of every day you'll get a reminder to grade yourself (Default time is 10PM but you can change this in settings)
➢ Reflect on what you did well during the day
➢ Reflect on what you feel you could have done better
➢ Pick 3 things to focus on for tomorrow
