Ratings and reviews

I've used this app on my phone, tablet, online and desktop at work almost daily and have recommended friends and family use it. It's always been near perfect. Unfortunately the past week I've had to uninstall and install the app on my phone because it freezes when I open it. I like the deep sleep mode but having to do this process (uninstall and then install again) is too arduous.

I gave the app an honest try during the 7 day trial. Unfortunately it didn't meet my needs as a sleeper that requires gradual changes in ambient sounds otherwise I wake up abruptly. The main issue - I need ambient noise to be a consistent volume, and there were times where the app would be louder and sometimes softer. Then there was a time where it played a sound that resembled an astronaut breathing into a space suit and it woke me from a dead sleep. I'm going to explore other apps for now.

I listened everyday for 70 weeks straight. I quit when they could not process my payment for some unknown reason. They continually make app updates, but unfortunately, it did not seem like the updates improved anything. More taps to set a timer. Infinite play would just stop at some random time. Pause wouldn't work, and I would have to kill the app.
