The application is organized into six main sections, covering various aspects of daily life and patient treatment, ensuring comprehensive and continuous monitoring:

Motor Diary
Allows users to record and monitor motor symptoms, including tremors, dyskinesias, and other changes in the patient's physical condition, providing a clear overview of disease progression.

Medication Diary
Supports the management of medication routines. Patients can input or view medications prescribed by their doctor, confirm intake, and update the database with the time and details of the medication taken. Therapy can be modified directly by the doctor or the patient. Additionally, a notification system on both smartphones and Wear OS smartwatches reminds patients of medication times. If the patient fails to confirm intake within a specified time frame, a warning message is sent to the caregiver, ensuring greater safety and adherence to prescribed therapy.

Meal Diary
Helps monitor and record the patient's eating habits (in terms of meal timing), providing useful insights to manage the relationship between diet and drug treatment, thereby optimizing therapy effects.

Sleep Diary
Enables the recording of sleep times and duration.

Audio Recording
Provides a tool for recording the patient's voice, which is helpful for monitoring potential changes in vocal quality, often affected by disease progression.
