Brainscape distills any subject down into bite-sized facts (neatly organized into decks and classes), which are posed as question-and-answer pairs, compelling you to actively recall information from scratch. This app is the reason I understand what I'm learning in business. I made my own flashcards and it's so helpful, the interface is very easy to use and the memory rating is very useful. Just one thing, I can't study others decks unless I pay which is a little annoying, cause it'd be nice to at least be able to see their flashcards if not study it.

Perfect for what I need. Actually makes flash cards kind of addicting for me because the mastery progression bar and the checkpoints makes me feel like I'm playing a game. Love that I can combine different decks that I make and it randomizes the order and priorities repeating the cards that I get wrong the most. It even lets you flip and choose to show side B of the car and try to guess side A instead. Really great app and I haven't even used any of the other features yet.

I'm using this app for trying to memorize verbs and other words from foreign language. I created my own class and lessons with cards. I spend all week to sort it and make it good to learn. after 2 months I'm stuck with the same words and can't reset my mastery, it needs pro account with 20$/month. this is disgusting! after all the design of app good and you can simple add new cards. otherwise, functions all the same as free Anki app.
