The worst loan app I have ever used. I forgot my app PIN, and there is no proper way to reset it. The app keeps redirecting me to customer support chat, but no one responds. The customer care phone numbers are unreachable as well. My EMI has been delayed because of this issue, even though I am trying to make the payment. A financial app should provide reliable customer support and an easy way to access your account. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Thanks to them when I was in need of some money. I got a limit of 1500 in the very beginning then got more and took a loan of 4000 twice and paid all dues on time. However, this time my limit is decreased to 2500 only and I contacted the support team through the in app chat feature. However, it's been more than 24 hours and no one texted me back or contacted me in any way.

Has very poor appraisal system, and can disappoint in times of emergency, despite paying loans in time. I borrowed a three-month loan, and paid the entire amount for the three months within a month... two days before the first installment date. However, the next time I applied based on the available limit, the loan was not approved, and the agent's explanation also didn't make sense. The app says I wait for 89 days for another offer. Be warned before you are disappointed.
