I used the Branch loan app and found that it offers loans at very high interest rates. The processing fees are also quite expensive, which makes borrowing costly. It might be helpful in urgent situations, but I would suggest using it only during serious emergencies. Otherwise, it’s better to look for more affordable options.

From charges-free transfer and other easy transactions, down to reasonable interest loan, and investment option with good return-interest rate. I so much like the app. I'm adding this here because the app has been making transactions difficult for someone. When you send money to the account, it takes forever before the money drops. If you use it to pay for utility bills, you will be debited but you won't get the needed token for the bill paid until after hours. They need to work on the app.

23/3/26 A very bad experience. I had repaid my entire loan on time on this platform to improve my credit score and credit limit. But the second time I applied, my application was rejected without any reason. I didn't receive a proper explanation from the platform, and even after waiting 30days and trying again, the loan was rejected once more. Do they expect me to wait 30 days? How can anyone wait 30 days in an emergency? "Bad app!" very bad app
