I needed ₹1000 urgently, so I took a loan and repaid the full amount within 2–3 days and also paid the interest. However, after repayment my limit was reduced to ₹1000, while earlier it was showing around ₹2500. This is not fair. If a user repays the loan quickly and responsibly, the limit should not be reduced. In fact, it should stay the same or be increased. Reducing the limit after repayment does not make sense. My limit should be increased after such responsible repayment.

3/2/26 A very bad experience. I had repaid my entire loan on time on this platform to improve my credit score and credit limit. But the second time I applied, my application was rejected without any reason. I didn't receive a proper explanation from the platform, and even after waiting 30days and trying again, the loan was rejected once more. Do they expect me to wait 30 days? How can anyone wait 30 days in an emergency? "Bad app!" very bad app

I had a very bad experience with the Branch application. Initially, I was given a loan limit of 500, which I repaid before the due date. Then my limit was increased to 1000, and again I repaid on time. After that, it was increased to 1500, then 2500, and later 4000 - all of which I repaid on time or even before the due date. However, after that, instead of increasing my limit further, it was reduced to 2500 and then to only 1500. I do not understand why my limit was decreased despite making time
