3/2/26 A very bad experience. I had repaid my entire loan on time on this platform to improve my credit score and credit limit. But the second time I applied, my application was rejected without any reason. I didn't receive a proper explanation from the platform, and even after waiting 30days and trying again, the loan was rejected once more. Do they expect me to wait 30 days? How can anyone wait 30 days in an emergency? "Bad app!" very bad app

worst app ever I have sufficient money in my account and my auto debit is on but my money was not deducted since yesterday and there was no option to make the payment and I have sent it a message on email and app chat but no one responded. But instead of solving the problem they are charging more money from me. I have sent all the proof on email and chat messages Look into it. Don't try to take extra money from customers

Nice operation and trustworthy just that the issue of pending transactions is becoming too much lately, pending incoming deposit and pending withdrawal, I was insulted once over a pending transaction that took forever to reverse at a POS location when they started raising questions like "are you sure you sent it ? " I just had to tell them I will come back later when it has been approved cos I needed to leave that spot at that time but other functionalities are great , kudos and work on pending
