I have already made my previous payment, and my next repayment is due in October as shown in the app. However, I am receiving repeated calls and messages from different numbers and even different names asking me to pay immediately and threatening legal action. I first contacted them through the app around 10 days ago, but I still haven’t received any response to my messages. Later, they said, “Our team will connect with you within a few hours,” but no one has contacted me yet. so Disappointed.

Extremely poor customer service! My loan application has been fully processed and approved, but the status has been stuck on 'Money Disbursement Pending' for the last 2 days. I sent multiple messages to customer care, but no one is responding. Kindly resolve this issue and credit the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.

I had no cibil score and no apps gave me loan until i stumbled upon branch app , but was offered maximum loan of 1000 and high interest rate but for a small amount it did not feel like a huge burden, my experience was smooth and was able to pay off loan sooner so did not have to pay the whole interest , so far so good in my experience. Edit : i did start getting calls few days before repayment which isn't nice , would prefer an app notification of due date instead of sorts
