The downside of Elite is that you can't choose something on the same day. If you need pool access, you can't choose the same day, like how complicated it is. At least make it available to book on the same day until 11 or 12 pm I have had it for more than 6 months. I was able to use it one time, it is not worth it, I would rather use my money and be able to book any time I want. Elite Club has the potential to be a good platform, but not yet. hmmm after 2 years I will change give it 1 star,

I've been using this app to find places to eat and stay, and it's been helpful. The app is easy to use, and searching works well. But, there aren't enough different places to eat. They should add more kinds of restaurants, especially ones with different foods and diets.Also, the app tells you about hotels, but it could tell you more about the drinks they have. Like, what drinks are at the hotel bar or how good the coffee is . It would be better if this info was easier to find.

I don't advise anyone to buy a membership with them, they have no transparency. I wanted to book at a hotel and they told me it's fully booked for 2 months! You cannot use any 2 vouchers together at the same place or time. Also you need to book everything through their app., even if it's a drink. All that was not informed before I join them and now I am chasing them for refund and they are ignoring me. Very bad experience!
