I've been using this app to find places to eat and stay, and it's been helpful. The app is easy to use, and searching works well. But, there aren't enough different places to eat. They should add more kinds of restaurants, especially ones with different foods and diets.Also, the app tells you about hotels, but it could tell you more about the drinks they have. Like, what drinks are at the hotel bar or how good the coffee is . It would be better if this info was easier to find.

Firstly, the hotel booking process has been extremely poor — I have faced continuous difficulty booking rooms, with repeated excuses such as “rooms were sold out,” even when I tried multiple times and well in advance. Secondly, the Marketing and Sales team provided misleading information at the time of purchase. I was clearly informed that I could enjoy two consecutive free nights at the JA Resort, which turned out to be false. Now, despite my repeated requests, your team is refusing to accommod

It's a total scam! 🚫 They present it as JA Resorts Dubai, but once you buy it and start using it, you realize there are so many steps to apply for benefits. 😤 And if you book a dining experience, you can't cancel it. ❌ The offers like scan pay and catch us. outdated. 😒 The customer service is terrible. 👎 In one year, I could only use one voucher. 😡 You need to book months in advance, like you have to plan your dining or stay a year before.
