I don't know how this app gets such high ratings. Searching for a provider is so slow and frustrating. Getting constantly kicked back to Find Care is exhausting! Wish I didn't need to use it at all!

What a frustrating app. Many of the links don't work, and if you want to check on pharmacy benefits it links you to a different site altogether. EXCEPT THE LINKED SITE DOES NOT LOAD.. No matter though. When you got Prime Therapeutics on the web and try to price a drug that doesn't work either. I fill in the information and try to hit enter but the button doesn't work. F you try to call you have to enter a tobn of info just to get in the cue, and then repeat all the information once you connect.
