I receive payment reminders and if I can't drive to the shop, I can just renew my loan through the app. Making the payment just takes seconds and gives me peace of mind my items will still be there when I go in to pick up. The in-app chat feature makes it super easy to get my questions answered - help at my fingertips. And the online shopping... FABulous! I get to see the new arrivals as soon as they hit the shelves.

I love going to this pawn store, they have the best items, I've done some trading with some of my jewelry to fine a better wedding ring and I've always left the store happy and I just recently went back for a new wedding set and found exactly what I wanted with affordable price, I've never left the store disappointed and the store manager is so nice, the people there are always happy and always willing to help with anything and I enjoy the environment.. I would recommend this pawn shop to anybody if they're looking for good items.. Thank you for all the help 😁👍

Very helpful when it comes to paying and managing your pawns online. My only complaint is once they have you sign in with an activation code there is no way to change your login to use your email and a password. The activation code and stop working for no reason and then you have to request another one and sometimes that can take a bit.
