10 Stars - Absolutely love the convenience! Busy lifestyle... I receive payment reminders and if I can't drive to the shop, I can just renew my loan through the app. Making the payment just takes seconds and gives me peace of mind my items will still be there when I go in to pick up. The in-app chat feature makes it super easy to get my questions answered - help at my fingertips. And the online shopping... FABulous! I get to see the new arrivals as soon as they hit the shelves.

Not user friendly for payments as promised. I have tried repeatedly to make a payment test amount but appears I will have to go to the store and pay in person. The "make payment" option screen when selected only permits transfer to PayPal. It does not show the amount you type in as a desired payment, nor the convenience fee charge or remaining balance. Hopefully this gets fixed and is made as easy to use as Amazon payment options.

Hands down, this is the BEST app I've used for how I manage my pawn transactions. I love being able to easily make my payments without needing to be in store, and the ability to directly chat with my pawn shop to get quick answers to all my questions is such a huge benefit for me. Also, the feature to add my items with photos for instant quotes is incredibly convenient. This app is definitely a must-have for any pawn shop customers.
