keeps lagging/takes forever to load/randomly freezes. I checked to see if I needed to update the app but didn't need to already up to date. After you search and click an item, it takes a while to load, and then it won't load the whole page anymore. I'll have to exit out and redo my search again. It seems to be an ongoing thing, but I thought give it another try after their updates. It's still the same lag and loads slow and freezes.

This app is an endless headache trying to set up. I can't use the app because it is a never ending loop of "create an account" and "let's confirm your details". I input my details to create an account, next it says need to confirm details because there is more than one account with my information, I confirm my information and it goes right back to saying no account associated with this email and number please create an account, back to confirm details. I can't pay my layaway. horrible app.

10 Stars - Absolutely love the convenience! Busy lifestyle... I receive payment reminders and if I can't drive to the shop, I can just renew my loan through the app. Making the payment just takes seconds and gives me peace of mind my items will still be there when I go in to pick up. The in-app chat feature makes it super easy to get my questions answered - help at my fingertips. And the online shopping... FABulous! I get to see the new arrivals as soon as they hit the shelves.
