The American Physical Society (APS) is a non-profit membership organization working to advance and diffuse the knowledge of physics through its outstanding research journals, scientific meetings, and education, outreach, advocacy, and international activities. APS represents over 51,000 members, including physicists in academia, national laboratories, and industry in the United States and throughout the world. Society offices are located in College Park, MD (Headquarters), Ridge, NY, and Washington, DC.

Ratings and reviews

The GUI is inconsistent ("search" functionality is implemented differently on different pages) and not intuitive. Search does not always work - frequently it reports only one results when multiple are shown on the website. The app is ridiculously slow on a modern phone. "Sync calendar" does not seem to work (it only occasionally adds and never successfully removes events).

Same as last year, the app is just unusable. Despite forcing to sync the full event data several times, only few events are there. Entire days are missing.

Slow and clunky; ended up just using the APS website, which works much better.
