POS app tells me it's out of date but will not update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, to no avail. I would gladly pay a monthly fee for a library app that works.

Not at all user friendly. Any action would need a sign in again and again. The remember me option never worked.

The library made simpler This app is exactly what I needed. All my library accounts accessible from one location. Brilliant! I know this was an investment, and I appreciate the time and money spent on it.

Love It! I have direct access to my account (to renew books and remember when to return them), I can instantly know if PPLS carries a book I want to read and see at a store by simple scanning, I have access to the eBook collection - really, it has everything I'd want and so much more! I'm sure somewhere along I'll see something I wish would be added, but for right now, extremely excited and happy with this!

Battery sucker Very convenient app, but it's like a vampire...sucks the battery up very fast. 20% of the entire battery goes to this app!!!!

The Plano Library System hits another Home Run! I've been a fan of this system ever since moving to Plano and the Management team has always impressed me with their sensitivity to the needs of their clients. This app is one more example of their use of the newest and best technology to serve their clientele. An excellent use of our tax money.

Worked fine for a while. Now will access account information but catalog search times out.

Very good Need a watch option for books that are already checked out and catalog books by subject like a bookstore, for easier search. Very handy as is though.
