The new app sucks even more than the old one! Your checked out books are no longer arranged from closest due to furthest, and when you hit renew, nothing seems to happen. No message (success or failure) is given. C'mon guys! Hire some real developers and fix this! You're too good of a library system to have such a terrible app in such a techie city...
Now the app is less user friendly!! After reporting issue with repeated request to sign in you have "fixed" the problem (supposedly) by removing the feature where the app will remember your sign in info. Now you have to enter the card number and PIN every time you want to use the app. This is not a fix!! This is just incompetence at it's best. If you cannot do better I will be petitioning my library to find a competent company to supply them with an app that will work. There are several other issues with your app as well.
Broken for months now. WHEN will it actually be fixed??!? Seattle has a SEA of developers. Maybe the library should find a competent one to make a mobile one that actually works and is user-friendly.
No longer letting me log in. It just loops. I brought my rating down even more after this. Why can't we just get something comparable to the website?
Does not have unified look at my account. Bibliocommons and Overdrive info does not show up, so lists and ebook holds aren't here. Search sucks too.
Need to log in every time now? Two requests: Fix the new bug where I need to log in each time I open the app, and please show my eBook holds in the list like the main webpage does. Thanks!
