Now the app is less user friendly!! After reporting issue with repeated request to sign in you have "fixed" the problem (supposedly) by removing the feature where the app will remember your sign in info. Now you have to enter the card number and PIN every time you want to use the app. This is not a fix!! This is just incompetence at it's best. If you cannot do better I will be petitioning my library to find a competent company to supply them with an app that will work. There are several other issues with your app as well.
Search is useless It's great to check your checked out books, renew, and hours. Good luck looking through the catalog. You can only search by keyword, no categories.
Does not have unified look at my account. Bibliocommons and Overdrive info does not show up, so lists and ebook holds aren't here. Search sucks too.
Need to log in every time now? Two requests: Fix the new bug where I need to log in each time I open the app, and please show my eBook holds in the list like the main webpage does. Thanks!
Log-in has been fixed, but putting a hold on anything is impossible. It keeps jumping back to list of locations after you clicked one of them. Or, it tells you that you can't make any holds at this time. Fix this.
Awful interface, and impossible to do anything on the account when I get logged out so often.
