App is terribly optimized and laggy. The lags are with basic elements such as day picker in the event, but also with loading the program of the event, app startup. I also wasn't able to upload profile picture, I had to do it through the website on a laptop. Terrible app experience for what it's supposed to be.

Difficult user interface to navigate, often shows notifications on icon that don't exist, meeting times were on a schedule i dont like (to long and times overlapped the starts and ends of the conference presentations which were not "on the hour"). It is an odd, clunky application that i only used because a conference i attended required it.

Shockingly bad - lost all my meetings, support team on site couldn't help. App couldn't work at scale, at major event (Insurtech Insights 2023), and its failures cost me an hour of wasted time, loss of several important meetings, and the app was super-buggy throughout the day. Onsite team promised to email me list of contacts - that never arrived. Seriously, event organisers, find an alternative.
