They are so helpful to get you're card number ....after that they are of no help. U can all the brick house people to give away you're money but u are given a number if u should want you're account closed and u want them to stop billing you're credit card monthly for say almost a year and I didn't even have a working tracking device online with them and they still charged me. I ended up cancelling the card just so they would stop charging me for nothing. What a bunch of rip offs #moderndaythives

It's weird sign in or up whatever but after installation I didn't get in and no instructions.
