Here’s how the application process works:
1. Download the MyBrightFi app
2. Grab your government issued photo ID (you’ll need it to verify your identity)
3. Open the app, sign up and get approval in less than 4 minutes
4. Fund your account by depositing a check with your smartphone or filling out a direct deposit form in the app and sending it to your employer
5. Activate your card when it arrives (usually 7-10 business days)

Five out of five stars for lack of options just to sign up. Error codes 502 and 504. If you see an error code 507, that crashes the app. Well made, and well played. Either something is going haywire network side, or the publishers pulled the options altogether. Other than that, another well-deserved placeholder app for the screen. Publishers, is this the kind of service you would expect from a random banking app? If so, then you've come to the right place! If not, well: tough luck.

ID verification is a joke. About 5 times it said it couldn't detect my face on the license. Seriously? Now I go all the way through the process but when it's over it says I have to rescan the license again. So it accepted the photos when I did them but now they're no good. FYI, I'm using the camera on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. It takes excellent photos. Also I called their service line in the middle of their business hours. The recording gave me their business hrs and then dropped the calls.

I wouldn't waste your time on this app imo. I have tried 25 times now to have my identity verified and each time I'm sent back for RE-VERIFICATION! There is nothing wrong with my camera as ky phone is only two years old ajd there is nothing wrong with my driver's license either. If i could give this app -5 stars i would and i will be uninstalling this app off of here. I have un-installed it and re installed again and still running into the same issies over and over again. Fix the bugs please
