Ratings and reviews

It lags and freezes constantly! I can't believe this app has 4.6 star rating. It's the worst ever. It literally takes at least 5 mins for it to start loading. Then God forbid you click on the section your looking for bc then it either freezes permanently or completely crashes. Since day 1 of switching to Spectrum I have had this problem! And no, it's not my phone or just me. My husband has the same issue and the first 10 reviews say the same thing! It never improves with any update.

Everything about is counter-intuitive. When you finally sort it out, you discover that pretty much nothing works. Create a pause schedule? No, doesn't actually "pause". Try to pay? No, can't actually send them money. Reset devices? No, the devices just sit there useless as most everything Spectrum is. I'd be hard-pressed to fail as wildly as Spectrum has. Utterly and completely useless in every way. Don't even bother. Pick up the phone and waste their time as much as they've wasted yours.

I've had spectrum internet for years and even got it at an extremely low price. Ive ran several devices at the same time and never had issues with speed, lagging or any other troubles. I recently added a service hoping to get the same quality however, that wasn't the case. I keep getting told that one has nothing to do with the other (and it might not) but once I added the second service (mobile line), my internet does not perform the same. I regret adding any other services.
