The cabins are nice ans clean, service is great, nice smooth ride. Why they lost 2 stars and I will most likely not return: every window has a 'transparent ' black stripe across it - killing the view. from the outside this black strip is an ad. sitting on the inside wanting to enjoy the view we are passing- you can kind of enjoy it, if you are tall enough to see above the black strip or can imagine what the view looks like without it...

Fall asleep and pass your stop? Pay to go back the other way. Was your train late? No credit for you. 'Late' for a train that hasn't arrived to the station? Too bad, boarding that hasn't started is closed. Want to set and forget your password? Better not cause you will be periodically logged out. Want to turn off the renewal of your passes? Better have access to a web browser cause the app doesn't allow that. Don't forget to read the 'fine print' on the commuter pass.

This app has gone from bad to worst and now mediocre at its best. I am a Pass Holder, and after the recent update is charging every change i try to make, so now i have to contact their customer support everytime i need to have the charge refunded. The QR code reader at the station can't read the codes, it will take you a few attempts before it finally reads it. The trains are most of the times delayed, so you need to plan ahead very well to make sure you arrive on time.
