Stay in touch with your Home Medical Equipment Provider with our simple and easy to use mobile app. Ask your equipment or medical supply provider if they use Patient Hub by Brightree™ and ask them to send you a registration link.

· You can send secure messages to your provider and get answers right through the app. No more waiting on the phone.
· Get appointment reminders, delivery notifications, even shipment tracking numbers as soon as they are assigned.
· Check your resupply eligibility and create orders from the app*

Have been trying for weeks to reset password and nothing works. I use the reset link, reset password and get an error that my session timed out. When I go to log in using the newly created password, I get an inaccurate password error. My provider tried sending me a new activation code, but that doesn't work bc I already have an account, I just can't get into it. Beyond frustrating.

The app itself is well made and easy to navigate, but the company stopped responding to messages. Maybe it's a routing issue? Best to call your provider directly, sadly. I'll be uninstalling this.

This app is useless, I'm supposed to get automated messages about my disabled daughters medical supplies and they stopped sending them. Can never get through to anyone on the phone and it takes forever for someone to message you back. I'm surprised aveanna is still in business from their lack of empathy and customer service.
