Have been trying for weeks to reset password and nothing works. I use the reset link, reset password and get an error that my session timed out. When I go to log in using the newly created password, I get an inaccurate password error. My provider tried sending me a new activation code, but that doesn't work bc I already have an account, I just can't get into it. Beyond frustrating.

Can't even get past the verify info. You want access to the camera and then the screen goes white and closing/reopening doesn't work. I've clear cache. Now I reinstalled and I can no longer paste in my complex password like I could before. I'm about to give up. This is a waste of time. I'll go back to the website. This is pointless.

I am unable to update or change insurance information on my end, and there's no option to "contact us" or anything like that, other than actually calling. The entire point of the app is to avoid the calls, so that's not helpful.
