Some things are great: - the idea is superb, to control lightbulbs with an app - great: you can add a device to the home screen - good: you can set up a "scene", but this is where it falls down: Once i've set the lights how i like, i need a function to "save this scene". The way the app is now, "making a scene" doesn't work. You can only set it to "colour mode", you can't choose colour, brightness, or contrast etc. Defeats the purpose completely. (i have a 2 bulb light fitting so it's extra)

I'm so thankful for this app! I used to have the smart life app for my wireless security cameras and suddenly from 1 day to another, everything stopped connecting. Even after resetting it to factory settings and reinstalling the app did not fix the issue and I thought my cameras had just given out so i had to put them away more than a year ago. So i found this app the other day, Installed it and tried connecting my old camera system, and it worked. So here I am writing this review. Thank you!!!

Edit: i had to knock a star off because the app keeps randomly not controlling all the bulbs in the groups i create. Uninstall, recreat doesnt fix it. Has been a constant problem. I dl this app to replace the aged Smart Life app. The app found my light and gave me no issue once i disabled the 5ghz band on my router. Protip... Once the bulbs are paired with the 2.4ghz band, you can switch yer phone back to the 5ghz band on the router. The app even works over cell data once done.
