Food & Restaurant Excellent! 5star App no longer. 3star The app used to remember my orders & let me reuse them. This updated one would not. Also, app previously let me pay ahead of time or wait for when I picked up. This one insisted on a credit card before I could complete the order. App previously let me indicate my arrival at the restaurant pickup parking. This version does not. Previously I would have given everyone & everything 5 stars. I'll still eat at Chili's & still order for carry out.

Can't use. Both the app and website won't allow us to submit pick up or delivery orders no matter what payment info we put in. This forces us to either call in to place the order or order on doordash which costs $15-20 extra than ordering from chili's directly. I've had this issue on numerous occasions on various devices. Very frustrating overall.

this app has a problem with the pricing. The description of several burgers in the 3 for me menu includes cheese, but when ordering, you have to pay extra for the cheese. Another example is the shrimp alfredo pasta. the description includes alfredo sauce and garlic toast,, but when ordering you have to pay extra for both the sauce and the toast. several weeks ago I reported this to the manager. He said he would reach out to IT, but so far it has not been corrected.
