About this app

Lazy Eye Training is a group of simple vision therapy games designed to help treat lazy eye (amblyopia) and eye turns (strabismus). Easily adaptable for ages 3 and up. Can be used with any red/green or red/blue 3D glasses.

The games work by stimulating the weaker eye and encouraging both eyes to work together. There are many settings available for each game to make the games easier or harder depending on age and therapy level, as instructed by your developmental optometrist.

3D colored glasses are required. Works with all common glasses: red/green, red/blue or blue/purple. Colors are easily adjustable to make certain shapes completely invisible to the stronger eye, forcing the weak eye to participate and get stronger while encouraging both eyes to work together.

To be as effective as possible, vision therapy exercises must be done regularly and correctly. These activities are intended to be done alongside an in-office vision therapy program under the supervision of a developmental optometrist. Often you will be given other at home exercises as well.

These activities do not require patching.

There are 10 games. Swipe right and left on the menu to find all 10.

Explore the settings as well to ensure you are challenging yourself or your child.
If you have any suggestions on future features or improvements you would like to see, or if you run into any problems, please contact us.

This application is not intended to be used as a diagnostic tool. If you are experiencing problems with your vision or vision-related activities, please schedule a comprehensive vision examination with a developmental optometrist.
