If I could give this app negative stars I would you make a payment on it and it says payed then you check later and it says that next month is the next due date. But then you get a notice of cancelation in the mail stating that they didn't get your payment. Then when you call them they won't work with you to fix this error they want all the money in full even though you've been a valued customer for 3 years and you actually like the insurance an yet won't work with you when it's the app fault.

The worst company to be a customer for. every time you get a new policy for me, it's 6 months. I have to re-register my account and somehow that means making sure the company does their maintenance in deleting the old one and bringing forth the new one. my old account was still on my app and I was due to be canceled. on the app it never shows my new policy so I just paid the money. hoping I wouldn't get canceled. they took the money on the old policy number. cancel the new policy. 3 hours later.

LETS SUE THEM, stay away from this insurance company. they cause so much stress. the app is pointless if it doesn't register that you make a payment, then you call and they want a fee because the app didn't register your payment, and they require the fee payment. save yourself self the headache,
