Brivo Mobile Pass introduces a new level of convenience by providing you with the ability to access secured areas with your smartphone. Available exclusively for the Brivo Access cloud-based access control platform.

As an enhancement to Brivo Access, Brivo Mobile Pass is a new digital credential format available to all active accounts to eliminate the need for physical keys and access cards. Easy to use and no new hardware required, Brivo Access administrators simply email a Brivo Mobile Pass to a user, allowing them to add the credential to the mobile application and unlock doors with their smartphone.

Works about 50% of the time. The 50% of the time it DOES WORK it either takes 2 seconds or spins for 10 before it works. In the times it doesn't work, half the time clearing the cache helps, half the time it doesn't. PITA. (This is with a perfect mobile/internet connection...) If you need to always rely on keys, and keys are faster - what's the point of this app?

This app is absolutely horrible - at least 3 or more times a week I try to use it and get an error message telling me my access had to be disconnected because of an unknown error. I then have to delete the app, reinstall it and relink it to my account. Not fun when I'm standing in the rain with an armload of groceries and can't get into my building until I go through all of this. If I had any choice, I would delete it forever but unfortunately it's what my apartment building chooses to use.

This was forced on us. Also for the third time in a month I've had to manually open the garage door. All because this app requires an internet connection to open said garage door. So my ability to park in the spot that I pay extra for, is entirely reliant on my phone's service provider. The back of the building is practically a dead zone. 6th time I was unable to access the garage, that I pay to use, because the app decided I wasn't connected to the internet.
