I work in the back of a building and am constantly unable to get in. This, after confirming the app and wifi settings. Extreme inconvenience, having to walk to the front everytime I'm unable to utilize the Bravo app provided (often causing me to be late when this happens). I've requested assistance multiple times. I'm still having the same issue.

Every time I reopen the app, it tells me my account has been unlinked due to an error. After I manually log in, I have to skip the tutorial and re-accept all the permissions. The "magic button" simply does not work. Every permission is turned on and enabled, and I can be literally touching my phone to the door, and it will spin for 60 seconds before saying it failed. I can assign every community door to a widget, but not my own unit door. I have favorited it to no avail.

very new to this app. so far, the one complaint is that accessing entry takes a little too long and, when there's a double need (in my case i enter 1st through a garden gate and then into the building) that second use is longer than the first. Using an android, so I'm not sure if its better on iphone. i created a mode to turn bluetooth on when using the app
